Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the service to ensure a smooth and timely experience.

Completion of a consent form is required for all clients prior to their appointment(s). A link to the form will be provided, and services cannot commence without the form being fully completed.

Kindly note that a 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid any penalties. For gift certificate holders, be aware that late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the gift certificate. Credit Card holders will be charged 50% on missed services secured on that card, including last-minute changes to your appointment(s). Additionally, your provided credit card, has been used to secure your appointment(s). We kindly request that you present your physical card or alternative form of payment at the spa desk. For gift certificate holders, please remember to bring your certificate with you to be redeemed.

By purchasing a gift certificate, you agree to the following policy:

Recipients will have one full year to use the total value of the gift certificate. After one year, the gift certificate loses one quarter of it’s value. Gift certificates are transferrable for $10. Gift certificate information is required to secure your appointment at the time of scheduling. No refunds, spa credit only. We requiere the Gift Certificate Number to hold any appointment(s). Gift certificates cannot be used with any discounts.
