Our membership plans were designed to help you commit to taking better care of your health. If you need to cancel, you may do so at any time by sending us an email or written notice 30 days prior to the date of your next billing cycle.
*Please note that once a membership is canceled, unused credits do not retain their membership status, preferred pricing, or member-exclusive benefits.
* Upon cancellation of a membership, any unused service credits on the account will be converted to their original dollar value at the member rate paid. The balance will remain on file as a monetary credit and may be applied toward any regularly priced service.
